We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Payments & Refunds
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, or other third-party processors.
• All sales are final. Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances and must be requested in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate property information, access, and scheduling availability.
• Secure all necessary permissions for filming on location.
• Cooperate in good faith during the planning and filming process.

5. Intellectual Property
All videos, images, and materials produced by Local Lens 360 are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes related to the specific property or listing.
You may not resell, edit, or reproduce content for other uses without written permission.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• You may reschedule a shoot with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
• Weather-related rescheduling will be accommodated as best as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Lens 360 is not liable for:
• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Delays or disruptions beyond our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Return & Refund Policy

At Local Lens 360, we strive to deliver high-quality, cinematic video content that exceeds expectations. Due to the nature of our creative and time-based services, we have a limited return and refund policy.

1. All Sales Are Final
Once a video shoot is completed and editing begins, all purchases are considered final. This includes single listing videos, multi-video packages, subscription plans, and add-on services.

2. Refunds May Be Issued Under the Following Circumstances:
• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Service Not Rendered: If we are unable to deliver the service due to our own scheduling issue, technical failure, or cancellation on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellations with Notice: If you cancel your video shoot at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

3. No Refunds for:
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
• No-shows or denied property access
• Creative preferences after final delivery (revisions may be requested, but refunds will not be issued)

4. Reshoots and Revisions
If you are unsatisfied with your final video, we will work with you to make reasonable edits, provided the request aligns with the originally scoped project. Additional edits or reshoots may incur extra charges.

5. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 7 days of the original service date at:

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Minimum Commitment:
• Subscriptions/Membership require a 3-month minimum commitment before cancellation is allowed.
• After 3 months, you may cancel at any time with 14-day notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Billing & Renewals:
• Plans are billed monthly on the same calendar date.
• Payments are auto-renewed unless canceled in advance.
Video Usage Guidelines:
• Unlimited access includes listing videos only within your selected service area.
• Videos must be for active listings tied to the subscriber’s real estate license.
• Videos may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
Add-On Discounts:
• Discounts on add-ons apply only to content ordered within the same billing cycle.
• Add-on credits do not roll over.
Pausing & Reactivation:
• Subscriptions can be paused once per 12-month period for up to 30 days.
• Re-activation is subject to availability and prevailing rates.
Misuse Clause:
• Abuse of unlimited access (e.g. ordering excessive videos for non-client or non-listing use) may result in suspension or termination of service.
